Dale R. Gomes, Esq.

The firm’s founding attorney, Dale R. Gomes, Esq. graduated from Bethany College in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Theology. Four years later, Dale graduated from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento where he distinguished himself as a talented and aggressive advocate. Mr. Gomes began his law practice at the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office where he specialized in litigating cases involving society’s most vulnerable victims in the sexual assault and child abuse division of the District Attorney’s Office.

In 2007, after six years practicing law in the bay area, Dale accepted a position at the El Dorado County District Attorney’s Office where he continued his career of exceptional trial advocacy and again specializing in the prosecution of “special victim” cases. Dale has personally tried more than 90 jury trials to verdict in multiple Northern California jurisdictions. Having a background of aggressive advocacy and extensive trial experience Dale R.
